On August 21, 2012, your company came out and crated our home for storage. Our moving crew that day was Gregory Harrion, Shawn and James. We would like to tell you what a wonderful experience it was having these 3 men work at our home. They were hard workers, great attitudes and a real joy to work with. It is a very difficult job to do…and they did it superbly! We appreciated their work ethics and style and they make us definitely want to recommend your company to others.

Our experience has been the greatest
Covan did our fisrt move from Geneva Alabama to Lakeland Fl then 3 years later they did our second move to Tallahassee Florida and 18 months later they did our move to Knoxville,Tn. Now we have our home for sale and I am waiting to make the call for Covan to bring us home to Alabama! Our experience has been the greatest, They took care of us every step of the way and we had no breakage or damage of any kind on any of the moves!! Such a great company to work with
Our family did our first military move to Crestview, FL through Covan. I was very nervous because I'm still new to the military, but our experience was wonderful! The packers who came first wrapped every little thing, from plastic to glass to papers. I was not worried the least bit. They were friendly and took their time, trying to do it the best they could and trying to keep similar items together. Our driver, Kevin was superb! I was thrilled with him. He contacted us frequently to let us know where he was, he was so nice and supportive. He eased our worries and made this move fantastic. He helped out and was just so fantastic to work with. We had 3 items broken! I've hear horror stories about broken items and claims, but our stuff arrived in great shape. And when we filed a claim, the check arrived less than a week later. Such a great company to work with.
COVAN staff was exceptional
Our family did our first military move, ever. Preparing to move, I had heard horror stories about rude movers, broken household goods, etc. COVAN staff was exceptional. I felt like family and friends were moving us. All of our items were quickly. The delivery crew was quick and through. We did not have to lift a hand.
